If you would like just to pick up the latest posts from this site automatically each day, then Podcast is the way to do it. However, we need a Podcast manager that will download video in DivX format, as well as Audio.
I have found an excellent piece of free software called Miro, download here, which does all of that and more, and as an experiment I am going to offer a daily Vidcast link. Once you have Miro you can click on the button below to subscribe. Click on the file that is downloaded to activate it in Miro.
